I came in today on a super slow Sunday. Service was super speedy and friendly and Journi made the best egg white sandwich I've ever ordered here. Disclaimer: my diet's pretty high protein and pretty low fat/carb, so it's more like an egg white taco sans bread, but it was awesome! I usually devour these within a few bites, but this one took a little extra work.

This is NOT what a chopped salad should look like. Ordered on the app ay 11am for a 12:15pm pick up. @12:20pm not even started. Had to wait 10mins more an i got this garbage. Asked for extra spinich, all i got was big wadds of hacked up meat. So gross. Time to find a new subway.

I refuse to visit this location.
I have tried it a few times and every time I was not impressed. I'll stick with the Lockeford and Kettleman locations. -

The owner reached out apologize for our horrific experience, so that was appreciated. Hopefully he addressed the underlying issue with lack of training for some of the staff.

The man Michael working tonight is probably one of the rudest fast food workers I've ever encountered. He threw the meat, literally on the bread and then back into the little container. He did not say anything other than "is that it?" "What else do you want on it?" And then told me my total.
The girl there wasn't much better. She was nice but she dropped the knife on the floor and had no issue telling me she had dropped it. She got a new knife but put the old one back where the knives go.
This is the closest subway and I had never had any issues until tonight. Maybe the guy was having a bad day but he was over the top rude. I dont expect much from fast food workers but like I said tonight the guy was terrible. Ranking right up there with the terrible service from Mc Donald's right down the street.
